Chef De Partie
Working within a large luxury Hotel in Worcester with 4 different kitchens and covering all types of food.
A large well established and luxurious hotel in Worcester - Family owned
4 Kitchens that provide food for: Restaurants, bar, banquets, weddings, functions
Prepare kitchen equipment for use
Prepare, cook, checks before serving all dishes for all food outlets
Provides direction to the Kitchen Brigade, including Commis Chef & Kitchen Porters
Participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
This role is 5 days out of 7 and involves a mixture of single and split shifts
You will be currently working as a Chef de Partie with experience of high level food and high volume.
Salary £17,000 - £20,000
3 free meals per day
