A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a CIPD qualified HR Manager to join a growing distribution company on the outskirts of Birmingham.

The role and responsibilities
-HR Generalist duties as you will be overseeing the HR function
-Accurately maintaining employee records
-Assisting department managers to understand policy's and procedures
-Recruiting staff including the complete process
-Advising on pay and other remuneration issues
-Undertaking salary reviews
-Dealing with grevancies and implementing disciplinary duties
Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider staff
-Analyzing training needs in conjunction with line managers

To be considered for this role you must have a background in HR Management.
-Ideally CIPD qualified to level 5 would be an advantage
-Ideally have worked in a SME business
-Have generalist experience
-5 years experience would be an advantage
-Willing to make a difference
