A mainstream school in Birmingham are currently seeking a level 3 Teaching Assistant to work full time from October half term on a ongoing basis. You must have previous experience of working with children who have behavioural difficulties ideally within a similar setting. You will be an approachable person who builds trust and relationships well. Be able to understand the individual children's needs and be able to diffuse situations and make the learning environment a fun place to be. The position is to work with Primary aged children within KS2. The role will be to work on a one to one basis and with groups of children on a daily basis.

Essential requirements include:

Excellent communication skills
SEN awareness and experience of a similar role
Experience within supporting learning within Key Stage 2
