Sous Chef for a large hotel in Worcester - live in available if preferred
A large well established and luxurious hotel in Worcester - Family owned
4 Kitchens that provide food for: Restaurants, bar, banquets, weddings, functions
As Sous Chef you will be familiar with all of the daily operations of the kitchen, and will be able to perform any task in the kitchens as needed.
Planning and directing food preparation
Managing kitchen staff
Training and scheduling
You will work in all of the kitchens
This role is 5 days out of 7 and involves a mixture of single and split shifts.
You will be a successful sous chef with experience of high level food and high volume.
Salary £25,000 - £30,000
3 free meals per day
Live in is also available if preferred.
