For this Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant role, you must be a passionate graduate who has earned a 2:1 degree or higher and have some experience working with Primary aged children. This post requires a graduate who has the skills to demonstrate excellent communication skills and prove their passion for education. You will provide a positive, optimistic temperament and an unstoppable drive to succeed in education.

In this exciting Primary Teaching Assistant position you will be supporting learning in a general capacity, across the whole school. You will learn the vital skills of lesson planning and preparation as you help the teacher do this in all subjects. A main aim of your role will be to support the specific learning of a group of low or high ability pupils in individual classes and intervention sessions. A talented Senior Teacher will be on hand to provide moral and administrative support for as long as you need them, shoeing you the ropes. Part of your role will include in constant communication with the SLT and enrolling on a range of exciting CPD and training courses.
