An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join an established and highly successful logistics organisation near Solihull.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weekly and monthly UK Payroll, ensuring employees are paid on time and correctly
  • Point of contact for payroll queries ensuring a consistent level of service
  • Up to date knowledge of payroll practices and legislation
  • Suggest ways in which to improve processes and reduce costs
  • Support the Payroll Manager with the development and implementation of new procedures and processes

You will be / have:

  • Previous experience within Payroll is preferred
  • Sound understanding of UK Payroll legislation
  • High-level of accuracy and attention-to-detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure
