We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive to join a leading training provider based in Coventry.

£22,000 - £24,000 basic plus uncapped commission(OTE £36,000+)
Business Mileage
24 days paid holiday plus 8 bank holidays

As Sales Executive you will be responsible for selling tailored management training and sales training solutions.

Job purpose:
You'll be a highly motivated sales person who can win new business and develop more business from their existing client base.
You'll receive a lot of leads and opportunities each month from marketing and you have an existing client base of 3,500 that you can farm for additional opportunities.
The role is based in Coventry and requires nationwide travel from time to time to meet with new prospects and existing clients. Full training and support will be provided.
Responsibilities include:

*Following up on leads that have made enquiries
*Calling existing clients to promote products and services
*Converting prospects to clients
*Building relationships with new customers
*Setting up appointments
*Prospecting, researching and generating leads
*Promoting new ideas/items to clients
*Producing proposals for training
*Diary management
*Using the CRM system to keep on top of leads and clients
*Go out on client visits alone and with trainers
*Proactively sourcing sales leads
*Contacting new businesses and selling company courses
*Scheduling calls, update calls to build strong business relationships through to completion of sales

Experience Required:

*Willing to work closely within a small, growing team *Experience of sales and management training would be an advantage
*Having an aptitude for figures
*Previous sales experience (preferably B2B)
*Able to work well under your own initiative
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills and confidence
*Accuracy and good attention to detail are all essential attributes
