HR Business Partner
Are you a commercially minded HR professional used to working in a unionised environment? Competent leading HR Projects as well as taking up a strong generalist role. This could be the one for you.
Ashley Kate HR have partnered with a very established IT / Telecoms business who are going through a period of change. As a result of this change, they are looking to employ an experience HR Business Partner to drive HR and related projects for one of their sites.
Role responsibilities of Strategic HR Business Partner:
Establishing yourself as an essential credible, respected and valued leader with your staff and stakeholders
Supporting and developing people through HR projects and generalist support
Coach, influence and challenge Managers to ensure quality performance delivery
Work across a number of sites within a larger HR model
Ensure that Managers are equipped with necessary skills and capabilities to demonstrate excellent management capability to drive bottom line results
Contribute to the ongoing development of the HR strategy and development of the HR team
To be successful in this role of Strategic HR Business Partner you will have:
• Proven experience HRBP
• Experience of working in a unionised environment
• Outstanding influencing and change management skills
• Strong HR generalist experience
• Ideally, CIPD qualified
• Flexibility to work across multiple sites
• Full driving licence
