Your role will involve multiple tasks, providing administration support for the team and other regional offices. You will need to build and maintain good relationships, developing excellent communication and customer services skills.

Client Details

The client is a hospitality company based in Wednesbury.


Your role as an Administrator will involve:

  • Produce customer reports for distribution on a monthly basis
  • Processing commercial and sales contractual documentation
  • Ensuring appropriate control of debtors by liaising with customer for invoice payment dates
  • Supporting the commercial/sales team with travel arrangements
  • Be the first point of contact for all incoming phone calls/post
  • Overseeing the booking of conference room facilities
  • Ensure that all tasks are conducted correctly and in a timely manner
  • General ad hoc administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing
  • Build good working relationships with the various internal teams/customers


The ideal candidate will be:

* IT literate with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office systems
* Good communication skills, verbal and written
* Able to build good internal/external customer relationships
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Good time management/organisation skills
* Able to demonstrate that they have previously worked within a busy administration environment
* Educated to GCSE level
* NVQ qualified in Business Administration
* Able to demonstrate they have worked in a hospitality and catering company previously
* Able to prioritise workload effectively
* Able to work to tight deadlines
* Flexible in their working hours
* Committed to the FTC
