Due to our continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Controller to join our team.
As a Stock Controller you will ensure that all stock held within the depot is organised and logged correctly. You will ensure all stock records are accurate and stock loses and errors are minimised.
You will be responsible for preparing deliveries and collections of stock as well as accurately picking and transferring stock into despatch bays for Drivers collection. You will manage stock transfers between HSS locations while updating the internal computerised system (Spanner) with stock transfers as required.
You will liaise with the Stock Integrity Manager to highlight and investigate stock and e-code discrepancies and take charge in ensuring stock is correctly logged within the warehouse as available, check or maintenance and ensuring adequate and accurate stock levels are maintained at all times, in accordance with company targets.
The successful candidate will have strong communication or organisational skills, with Stock Control/Warehouse experience in a fast paced environment. They will sufficient computer and numerical skills and ideally have previous experience using a Stock Control computer system.
Hours of work; Monday to Friday 11.30am to 8pm plus every fourth Saturday
7am to 5pm
