Macildowie Marketing are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join a large Derby based charity in the Care Home Sector on a 6 month fixed term contract.
The purpose of this role will be to develop and manage multi-channel, fully integrated marketing campaigns to support the effective delivery of campaign objectives across a number of sites so you will be expected to travel regularly with occasional overnight stays.
You will develop and maximise the benefits of a data and customer insight led marketing communications plan and implement effective marketing 'toolkits'.
-Establish an agreed cross-functional multi-site marketing support structure
-Establish the 'best practice' marketing operating model having identified and assessed sector models and the organisations requirements
-Establish an agreed management process to support the successful delivery of the marketing approach and individual site marketing plans
Create and deliver:
*'Best practice' marketing plan template
*'How to' training and guidance marketing manual, to include social media activities
*A media pack that includes example press releases for common scenarios, together with a recommended local media directory & contact details
*Local demographic information for each site catchment area, highlighting the key audience groups and post-code sectors
*Online, self-service access to enable personalised, branded, marketing materials and PR library
*Best practice marketing workshops for Managers and Area Managers
-Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop a clear and agreed proposition
-Ensure marketing plans and activities meet legal and regulatory requirements
-To support the development of the charity in the community, including community fundraising activities
-To establish and deliver marketing metrics for all the key stages of the marketing processes.
-Ensure that all marketing and communications activity is aligned to and supports the charity's brand and values
-Implement, develop and manage engagement programmes and ensure that customer experience metrics are met throughout the whole marketing process
-Implement, develop and manage marketing databases, CRM processes, ensuring these activities are aligned and integrated to the charities overarching data and digital strategy, protocols and processes
-Prepare regular marketing performance reports for Head of Marketing and senior management group including the Leadership Team
-Adhere to and develop the charity's brand guidelines and written house style to ensure consistency throughout our communications.
-Experience of care home sector marketing including a clear understanding of legal & regulatory compliance requirements, including CQC.
-Experience of working within a highly regulated environment
-Experience with developing and managing 'business to business and 'direct to customer' marketing plans and activities
-Experience in building brand awareness
-Experience of developing and managing customer insight & data-driven direct marketing and campaign activities
-Experience of managing marketing agencies, internal and external stakeholder groups
-Experience of managing marketing budgets
-Good knowledge and understanding of CMS systems and social media
