Do you love working with people from all ages and backgrounds? Can you provide service with a smile to thousands of customers, every day? Come and work with a great team, in a beautiful location. With engaging stories to tell, there’s always something to share with our visitors, and it will be you job to make sure we’re doing that all year round.

Please note we have 2 positions available - 1 position based at Wightwick Manor and 1 position based at Moseley Old Hall. Please specify on your application which location you would prefer.

What it's like to work here

The home of a local industrialist, Wightwick Manor is one of only a few surviving examples of a house built and furnished under the influence of the Arts and Crafts movement. The rich collection features many original wallpapers, fabrics and furnishings by William Morris, artwork by Rossetti and Burne-Jones. The manor sits in an attractive Arts and Crafts garden which reflects the style and character of the house and is Grade II listed in its own right.

Moseley Old Hall is the former farmhouse famous for sheltering Charles II after the Battle of Worcester in 1651.

What you'll be doing
