Telesales - Business Development Executive - Software - Solihull, West Midlands

Our client, a rapidly expanding software company, is looking for a highly motivated Telesales Business Development Executive to join its sales team. The Telesales Business Development Executive will generate leads by telephone and then secure online appointments to deliver a comprehensive product demonstration of our client's software. You will be based in their Solihull office.

The Telesales Business Development Executive will be a highly motivated individual who will be responsible for generating business within the property sector. Predominantly, this will consist of generating leads by telephone and securing online appointments, then delivering a comprehensive product demonstration online in order to close the sale.


  1. Cold call estate agents in order to find out more information about them and input into our client's CRM system

  2. Cold call decision makers to generate enough interest in our client's services to secure an online appointment to demonstrate their software

  3. Facilitate comprehensive product demonstrations online clearly presenting features and benefits

  4. Driving customer’s loyalty through excellence in client service

  5. Establishing relationships with prospects, third parties and other internal teams
  6. Maintaining solid knowledge of the industry

  7. Attending meetings and brainstorming sessions and investing in your own learning of the industry

Personal Specification


Ideally, candidates for the Telesales Business Development Executive role will be -

  • Able to demonstrate a proven track record in driving and delivering sales results.
  • Most importantly they will have experience selling on the telephone with a solution based product or service
  • Estate agency experience would be a clear advantage but is not essential.
  • High levels of motivation and enthusiasm are required along with a passion for success in delivering a quality solution to clients.
  • A good understanding of CRM platforms would also be advantageous.
