Administrator - 3 months + on-going extension - Birmingham

A requirement has arisen for an Administrator to work in a Support role based in Birmingham for a renowned client on a 3 month contract initially with an on-going extension.

- Create project invoices on the agency system ready for period end billing
- Ensure all time has been logged correctly
- Ensure all third-party purchases are logged correctly
- Open monthly Meetings, Reports and Admin jobs for the digital brands
- Assist the Digital Lead to ensure all meeting time is logged on the agency system
- Track all media and travel purchases on agency systems
- Provide support to the Studio Coordinator to allow correct scheduling of work into the studio team

- Come from an agency background (Ideal)
- Office administration experience
- Understanding of digital asset formats for web, email and social
- A basic knowledge of print marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Posses an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organisational, planning and execution skills
