Key Responsibilities:

Be part of the Mail Access Team.
Mailing House Team & Operational liaison either directly or by referring to the appropriate team member or other department.
Working across a wide range of client accounts, uploading and administering complete file control. Problem solving when encountering upload issues, ensuring successful upload.
To support the Mail Access & Operational Teams with administration and organisational tasks.
Ability to adapt a common sense approach to issues and situations relating to main job function (File Upload Administration)
Work on a rotational shift pattern covering a 12 hour working day between 7:30am - 7:30pm (timings subject to change)

Mail Access System Interface Coordinator | Mail | Administration | Account Management | Analytical | Shifts

Essential Criteria:

Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Confident when dealing with both internal and external contacts
PC and IT literate

Desirable Criteria:

Good listener and customer focused
Analytical Experience
