Working within a busy Quality and Compliance Department, the quality and compliance administrator will be responsible for supporting the Quality and Compliance Manager in supporting Extra Personnel by monitoring and collating data to ensure they are able to achieve compliance to the relevant legislation.

Key responsibilities of Quality and Compliance administrator:

  • Data collection of both Flexi-Worker and Client information from different areas of the business within a strict time scale.
  • Review of right to work documents ensuring a statutory defence has been gained by the accepting consultant and providing advice and support.
  • Review of new client set up documents ensuring required data has been captured and advising and supporting branches in gaining this information.
  • Communicating at all levels regards failure to comply, giving instructions where required and monitoring situations to ensure the business is compliant.
  • Ability to collate reports with data collected and the submission of reports to allow both the HR and Accounts Department to take the relevant action.
  • Support the Quality and Compliance Manager with any other quality related tasks.
  • To assist other departments in the development and usage of processes and procedures.
  • Make recommendations to the Quality and Compliance Department on where improvements to the reporting process can be made.
  • Extensive telephone and face to face interaction on a daily basis to discuss areas of concern surrounding non-compliant individuals or branches.
  • Any other duties as required

The successful candidate will:

Have working knowledge of word and excel

Ability to deal with and prioritise a high level of workload

Capable of multi-tasking and prioritising within a fast paced ever changing environment

Excellent communication skills at all levels
