Key responsibilities:

Working with the Reward & Benefits Manager, provide support to all reward, bonus and benefit programmes and processes. Manage reward projects and support the design and delivery of new reward and benefit programmes through benchmarking and utilisation of own market knowledge.

•Supporting the annual compensation review process for all roles on an firm wide basis from training through to advising payroll of the agreed changes
•Support the development and implementation of clear reward communications
•In conjunction with the Reward & Benefits Manager, develop new reward and benefit processes and programmes to meet business needs, ensuring competitiveness within the market
•Ensure the requirements of the survey cycle are met, by coordinating the completion of the data input required.
•Support the annual survey process internationally and provide the business with a comprehensive view of the market and market trends
•Support the operation and development of all benefit plans
•Act as main contact point for suppliers, and ensure robust management of supplier database requirements and invoices
•Ensure regular audits are carried out to ensure there are no pay disparities
•Be involved in other HR projects as required
•Act as the 'centre for expertise' providing advice and guidance to HR colleagues and the business on individual salary queries
•Support the Reward & Benefits Manager in managing partner pay and performance processes

Skills and experience:

The successful Reward specialist will have a track record of operating within a complex reward environment, ideally with international experience. Specifically:

•Experience of supporting the annual pay cycle in a professional services, or other large organisation preferably across international offices
•Advanced Excel skills is key, and comfort in manipulating large datasets is essential.
•Strong knowledge and experience of HR systems and reporting is also important
•Experience of working with and negotiating 3rd party supplier contracts
•Experience of contributing to the design of bonus and incentive schemes
•Confidence in dealing with challenging clients, and ability to influence beyond own sphere of responsibility.
•Working in a matrixed environment - Exposure to working in a highly complex organisation with a matrixed structure and with multiple lines of authority.
