Who are we looking for?

Burton and South Derbyshire College are looking for a Commercial Trainer to work with our Customer Service apprentices. This post will ensure all our learners complete their assessments on time and to the highest standards.

An Assessor qualification and a Level 3 qualification of Customer Service are essential for this role. You will assess the learners in the work place and should have previous customer service/business administration experience, and previous assessment knowledge. This role combines the need for excellent customer service when meeting employers, with strong organisational skills to ensure our learners meet their targets.

Experience of using Learning Assistant is an advantage
