This Teaching Assistant role requires a creative and progressive graduate who has an impressive academic record and a 2:1 or better in your degree and a positive attitude. You will possess a friendly demeanor that allows you to build relationships with pupils and teachers with ease.

As a Teaching Assistant your role will involve you moving throughout the Key Stage 1 phase, adding much needed support on an ad hoc basis. In this post you will be functioning and engaging with the Head of Department's positive mental attitude of an ethos. Working alongside the class teacher you will supervise outside-class learning from pupils who have been identified as needing extra support or motivation. Part of your time will be spent working with groups but you may be required to work 1:1 with students so good communication is essential, along with your enthusiasm and creativity.
