Residential Lettings Maintenance Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced, capable administrator who is used to be very organised. Ideally with experience within a lettings or estate agency being the first point of contact for maintenance issues for tenants and landlords , the role also involves the liaising with and management of contractors.
The client is looking for a new team member ( immediate start is available ) to join their busy central Stafford based office. The role is demanding and is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, answering queries and is used to multitasking. It needs a well organised , calm attitude and excellent communication skills.
The role includes :
• First point for incoming calls.
• Arranging property maintenance - so taking the initial maintenance calls then liaising with landlords and contractors from there to complete works
• Entering contractor invoices against works orders created.
• Liaising with our lettings agents over issues arising from their quarterly property inspections
