Guest Service Manager - Tata Technologies, Warwick.

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Guest Service Manager to join our team at Tata Technologies, Warwick.

You will be responsible for the line management of a Cleaning Supervisor, 2 Receptionists, 3 Security Officers and 6 Cleaning Operatives. You will be responsible for the strategy and direction of guest services management line with the long term plan of site.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Review work performance of the cleaning and security teams to ensure the required standards and contractual obligations are met.

  • Ensure staffing levels are in line with the contractual agreement, recruiting as required.

  • You will drive operational improvement to ensure first class relationships and the delivery of exceptional customer service levels at all times
  • Review codes of practice and operational procedures having regard for best practice and statutory requirement.
  • Managing the time & attendance and payroll system accurately ensuring the teams are paid correctly.

  • Develop and maintaining a good working relationship with our Partner and local tenants and applicable local agencies.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of health and safety requirements and legislation and maintain incident records.

  • Ensuring machinery and equipment is maintained and regularly inspected.

  • Motivate your team to achieve the required standards & provide professional coaching to team members.

  • Deliver on Centre and Company brand expectations.

  • Conducting training and toolbox talks for the Cleaning & Security teams, ensuring refresher training is conducted periodically -ensuring training records are maintained.

  • Responsible for holiday management and ensuring adequate cover is in place.

  • Conducting meetings with colleagues as required including, investigations & disciplinary, welfare meetings, return to work meetings etc.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload

  • Exemplary presentation skills with experience of presenting to and engaging management and delivery teams

  • Capable of managing change quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining effective service provision

  • A high energy professional capable of influencing at a senior level, developing excellence with internal and external partnerships

  • Analytical mind who can bring clarity to difficult situations

  • Ability to work well with others and continue to deliver results under pressure

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to establish credibility quickly

  • Outstanding motivational and people management skills.

  • A good knowledge of SIA security regulations

Further Details:

  • Salary: GBP24,570 plus Westgrove benefits.

  • Contracted hours: Monday -Friday 09:00 - 18:00 but additional hours may at times be required to ensure the contractual obligation is met.
