Job Purpose
Co-ordinate all driving requests from across the business to include bookings and overall supervision of all client instructors. Develop and maintain 'best practice' for all driving operations on a global basis. Manage the driving permits process.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks
• Assume responsibility for all Vulcan drive events, to develop into further special project programmes as required
• Manage all booking and communications with instructors in relation to the customer Experience, Network development, UK sales and dealer events, Art of Living events, Marcoms and VIP Sales requirements and dealer training days (approx. 2,000 instructor days per year)
• Manage and update the UK events diary to ensure accurate reporting and appropriate allocation of instructors based on business requirements
• Find solutions for developing and managing the global instructor network to ensure ongoing availability of fully trained instructors
• Support and manage instructor presence at all new product training activities
• Prepare and update presentation for all Sales Induction courses
• Working with the Global Dealer Training Team, create training courses which include venues, tracks, road routes, staffing solutions and product information
• Construct 'best practice' driving schedules for all events ie) Millbrook, Gaydon, AoL, Training and UK events
• Maintain constant communication and reporting with both finance and internal control regarding event detail and insurance requirements
• Create, review, update and distribute (were appropriate) risk assessments for all events, responding to any issues raised
• Develop and maintain an up to date Crisis Communications plan and distribute as necessary
• Maintain an ongoing relationship with Millbrook and Mira to ensure all instructors and event staff have appropriate driving permits
• Each year hold an instructor review session for all Instructors, including a review of the year and future plans summary
• Manage the delivery and systems administration for Permit requests, which include the update of company policy and process documentation, classroom and road based sessions
• Responsible for all instructor invoicing, payments and enquiries for global events
• Create and manage solutions for all corporate events ie) Goodwood FoS/Revival, to ensure a consistent delivery at all external locations
• Researching and maintaining up to date knowledge of HLS trends and themes, as well as competitor knowledge (brand and product)

Qualifications & Experience
• Higher education qualification in related business discipline
• Extensive experience in performance driving sector
• A proven record of executing high quality performance driving events
• Experience of effective budget management and reporting
• Experience of handling multiple tasks at one time
• Ability to manage internal and external resources and requirements
• Experience of working with HSE parameters for driving events
• Sound knowledge of the HLS trends and themes in performance driving
• Excellent communications skills (written, verbal, face-to-face)
• Good level of administration skills
• Good working skill with major PC functions, Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
• Ability to co-ordinate a group of external and internal resources
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to manage high task load
• Ability to travel internationally where required
• Excellent people skills - confident and outgoing, able to interact credibly and develop relationships with instructors, senior Managers, various departments, suppliers, agencies and able to influence often without the benefit of having direct authority
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Passionate about the client, with a thorough understanding of client history and brand values
• Highly creative, self-motivated, reliable, positive and enthusiastic
• Must portray an image to both customers, media and dealers in line with the brand
• Flexible and adaptable in approach
• Works efficiently with others, building productive, collaborative relationships across departments, agencies and regions
• Extensive experience in automotive arena
• Flexibility to travel internationally
