Oswestry, commutable from Shrewsbury and Wrexham

GBP18,500 per annum+ 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + Pension Scheme + Childcare vouchers

12 month contract

The Role

Business Support Coordinator required by a growing professional business, to deliver exceptional customer Service for internal and external customers. This role will be perfect for a strong administrator with exceptional leadership skills, as well as advanced Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities

The successfully appointed Business Support Coordinator will:

- Process customer requests in a timely and accurate manner

- Handle any payments or sensitive information according to Company and regulatory guidelines.

- Ensure customer and internal data is accurate, up-to-date and handled sensitively in line with Company and regulatory guidelines.

- Act as a central contact for new customers, ensuring a seamless set-up across all internal departments.

- Ensure appropriate contractual arrangements are in place with any customers and associated operational communications are facilitated.

- Proactively build and manage effective customer relationships.

- Tailor support and advice according to customer needs.

- Handle any complaints empathetically, taking ownership to resolve the complaint for the customer and wider business where appropriate.

- Support the Customer Services team to successfully contribute to the Company goals.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with other internal departments.

The Candidate

The successfully appointed Business Support Coordinator will need the following skills and qualifications:

- Educated to a minimum of 5 GCSE's.
- Good standard of English, both written and oral, and strong Maths skills
- Competent in IT including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong people and leadership skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to deal with sensitive data
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to lead meetings and oversee performance excellence
