The role

Is ensuring high quality service delivery to fleet, OEM and dealer customers through multiple teams spread over different locations. Your teams will ensure vehicle movements and associated activities including direct customer follow up are delivering the required service levels through your coaching based leadership style and personal passion for delivering a great customer experience.

You have an excellent CV that demonstrates deep understanding of the automotive sector gained through a progressive career in operations or customer service management. You have successfully managed large-scale teams over multiple sites and adopt a coaching based management style. You are happy with accountability and being measured in your role, demonstrating you have long-term, senior management potential.
