Receptionist/Administrator/Accounts Clerk



Our client is looking to recruit an experienced office "all-rounder" to support their busy office based in Telford. They are looking for someone who can offer a flexible approach to their workload with the ability to multi-task. You will be working as part of a small and friendly team and would suit someone who is looking for a varied role.

Duties will include:

  • Reception - meeting and greeting visitors, answering telephone, taking messages
  • Office Administration - diary management and secretarial support, booking in work, scanning and filing documentation
  • General accounts duties

Skills and Qualities Required:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to process information accurately
  • Confidence in using Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work to deadlines with strong communications skills

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who can demonstrate a minimum of two years’ experience working in a similar role within the service industry.
