This is an exciting opportunity for a Training Co-ordinator to join our passionate andknowledgeable team. The successful candidate will organise, maintain, develop and deliver training requirements for Glassolutions, with specific emphasis on our manufacturing and distribution businesses.
What will I be doing in the role?
In the role as Training Co-ordinator you will:
Maintain a schedule of mandatory training and ensure this is delivered to all relevant staff across all sites in the UK
Keep up to date with any legislation changes which affect mandatory training, i.e. first aid
Identify and organise adhoc training sessions, as requested by Managers
Source and select appropriate training providers to meet the business needs
Set up and manage training sessions for the business, using our Learning Management System (Boost!)
Work with the wider HR & Business Teams to develop, implement and evaluate training solutions
Ensure induction material is up to date, maintained and available
Regularly advertise and promote available training programmes
Am I who you are looking for?

A level education (A-C in English) as a minimum
Intermediate level of competency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
A level 3 certificate in Learning & Development would be beneficial but not essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to deal with a diverse range of people and situations
A strong customer focus
Excellent planning and organisational skills
The ability to work well under pressure, and to tight deadlines
Experience in training (or some other co-ordination role such as events management) would be beneficial. However, this isn’t essential as someone with a passion for/interest in Learning & Development, who has core organisational & relationship skills, plus the ability to manage systems is what we are looking for.

Salary – Up to 23.5k dependent on skills and experience.
