An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding organisation in Pershore. Our client is looking for a Service Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be required to manage the internal service helpdesk of the company. You will be responsible for but not limited to; ensure compliance with existing customer SLAs, recruit, train and support the service co-ordinators, respond to queries and handle complaints, conduct reviews with employees, develop regular reports and put into practice, hold staff meetings, co-ordinate and administer training and development and any additional duties required by the company.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a strong communicator at all levels, possess excellent planning and organisational skills and have a high attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have worked in a generalist service department environment previously and have experience of managing/leading a team. You will be a proficient user of MS Office with excellent numerical and budgeting skills.
