Robert Half are recruiting for an Interim Capital/ Construction Project Manager for a complex organisation in the West Midlands area

The Interim Capital Build/ Construction Project Manager is required to scope, map out and define the project/ programme structure for a suite of projects, some already in process and some not yet begun

- A formal project/programme management framework and operational project process are required to be implemented to manage risk, milestones and delivery as well as return on investment

- The Interim Capital Build/ Construction project manager will be required to liaise with Finance, IT, HR and all Operational staff as part of the scoping and definition consultation

- Strong communication skills as well as superb stakeholder management is required. You will be required to consult with the executive board as well as junior members of operational staff

- Previous experience of defining project requirements for construction projects is a must as well as delivering a robust and clear PID

Initial 3 month contract, possibly for 9 -12 months
