Field Support Coordinator (18 hours p/w on 3 month FTC)

3 month fixed term contract on 18 hours- 6 hours per day and working Tuesday/Wednesday and Friday.

About the Field Support Coordinator role:

We are looking for a Field Support Coordinator to join our Worcester team and help support our nation-wide field based operation.

This role involves working very closely and co-operatively across all InStore departments to contribute towards the business' operational objectives and targets.

You will be a positive and pro-active first point of contact for field staff, providing a professional and effective service, the majority of which will be via the telephone and electronically.

Main responsibilities:

- Responsible for the overall communicating and allocating of all Field Merchandisers workloads, to include both core and tactical
- To ensure all Field work is correctly allocated and loaded within set timeframes
- To contingency plan for both Field sickness, absence and new business
- To ensure all relevant promotional material is correctly allocated and sent to distributors and merchandisers within set timeframes
- To maintain the Field holiday and sickness database
- To monitor call delivery and follow up where needed with appropriate resolutions
- To transfer field calls as and when needed
- To update all applicable MCS (Management Control System)
- To process Field payroll exceptions
- To provide investigate data where needed
- To liaise and escalate as appropriate any queries, issues and concerns which might impact on service delivery
- Work with line manger to manage budget

- Experience working in a customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills: able to communicate clearly and succinctly by telephone, in writing and in person
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Applications and able to quickly transfer your IT knowledge to new software systems
- Committed to providing the best quality service
- Able to take initiative and accept responsibility for own decisions
- Able to take ownership and resolving problems efficiently and effectively under pressure
- Good team working skill-including the ability to collaborate effectively to draw upon relevant knowledge, expertise and experience as required
