Role Description
The role of the Platform Engagement & Development team is central to the success of Retirement Solutions as a whole.

The team consists of 12 Platform Adoption Consultants (PAC), managed by the Platform Adoption Manager who provide support to the sales teams to drive assets onto the Aviva Platform.

The Platform Adoption Consultant role encompasses on-boarding, account engagement and development and BAU platform business, as well as pure asset transition project management.

The primary aim of the role will be to deliver hands-on technical training and support to accounts, enabling them to become fully self sufficient advocates of the Aviva Platform, thereby increasing the flow of new business and maximising retention of existing assets.

The ideal candidate will live around the Midlands area or will be willing to commute on a daily basis.

Supports

*To project manage systematic on-boarding processes and projects with accounts thereby maximising platform engagement and development opportunities through BAU and Asset Transition To collaborate effectively with other areas of the business to ensure operational efficiencies.
*Provide support around adviser third-party systems (back office systems etc.) and how these integrate with Aviva and the Aviva Platform.
*Work directly with targeted accounts to ensure adoption of the Aviva Platform and firm's adoption of self-service capability.
