The Role:
- To provide Technical Support to all areas of the business
- To provide outstanding Customer Service
- Assist in the installation, service and repair of machines
- Assist aftersales in finding solutions
- To analyse technical issues
- To complete general administrative tasks

The Candidate:
- Fluency in either German or Polish (or both) is essential
- English to mother tongue standard essential
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Previous experience in Customer support would be an advantage
- A genuine interest in technology and some mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Able to work well in a high pressure environment
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks in order to meet strict deadlines
- Proactive and dynamic personality

GBP16,000- GBP18,000 pa + quarterly bonus + benefits
