Recruitment Consultant - Industrial Division - Birmingham

Due to continued growth of our Birmingham office, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Industrial consultant to join our team.

ACS Recruitment specialise in the recruitment of Industrial, Commercial and IT covering a large portion of the UK. With our Working on a warm desk, we are ideally looking to recruit a 360 Consultant who can add to our excisting client base as well as look for new opportunities around the local area.

Concentrating on the Industrial sector, your duties will include but not be limited to the following

Business Development

External

  • Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities within your market or geographic area through a number of routes, including cold calling, dropping, canvassing and mapping.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network via a number of routes including social media.
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation.
  • Identify any issues potential clients are experiencing with current suppliers to enable our offering to exceed those of our competitors.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Grow, maintain and leverage your knowledge of your clients.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers
  • Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion, using a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
  • Be available to check in new starters where applicable. This may be outside normal working hours.
