Job Title: Membership Helpdesk Executive

Job Type: Full Time 6 Month FTC

Location: Kenilworth

Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP19,500 per annum

Our client is an international organisation with various branches and centres in the UK. The organisation is now looking to expand their friendly team by recruiting a customer orientated helpdesk executive. The purpose of this role will be to support the organisations members and volunteers with any queries and offer support on the online system. This is an awesome opportunity for a customer service focused individual who is confident on computers, to join a small busy hub within a widely recognised and well-respected organisation.

Main responsibilities:

  • Dealing with phone enquiries and enquiries via the online helpdesk
  • Answering questions regarding membership options and assisting people in their use of the online membership system (to be launched autumn 2017)
  • Resetting passwords and setting up new users on the online systems including their bespoke database
  • Helping volunteers use and understand the online systems by being able to talk them through commonly used functions
  • Taking merchandise orders and processing the card payments
  • Taking phone calls from volunteers and members and answering their questions where possible or referring them on to other members of staff
  • Feeding back to all departments regarding the regular questions that are being received, so improvements can be made to systems and websites

Key skills and experience:

  • Highly customer service focused and passionate about quality of service
  • Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
  • Confident user of IT including Microsoft Office and WordPress
  • Previous experience using internal online systems or CRM systems would be advantageous
  • Proactive in nature; adaptable and a quick learner
