Purchasing Administrator

We are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator on behalf of our clients based in Telford. This is a temporary ongoing role.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Purchasing Administrator

  • Purchase order creation and issue to suppliers
  • Invoice query root cause resolution
  • Support the Indirect Purchasing team
  • Liaise with suppliers, internal customers and stakeholders
  • Support the business by assuming some low value commercial sourcing and market analysis
  • Maintain Indirect documents and databases to ensure audit compliance
  • Achieve best prices and best value to support individual and group targets
  • Negotiate and challenge requisitions on both price and terms and conditions

Details of a purchasing Administrator

  • Location: Telford
  • Hours: Mon-Fri 35 hours
  • Temporary Mat cover
  • Pay- 20,000- 22,000 Per annum
