Key responsibilities of the Business Administrator:

- Take notes at monthly Team meetings and prepare notes for speedy distribution. Actions from the meeting to be chased internally in preparation for the subsequent meeting.
- Filing, paper & electronic and general office support including diary collation.
- Work with the adi B&R Senior Team to review working practices and updating adi B&R procedures.
- Management of adi B&R server based management/archive documentation.
- Ensure team is compliant with ISO 9001 / 14001 / 18001 and QSHE procedures.
- Reviewing working practices and directing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Management and expansion of smart sheet operating system to cover all adi Building & Refurbishment business management requirements.
- Ensuring the business operates within the company's mission statement
- Work closely with other adi businesses.
- Contribute to the development, growth and profitability of the business.

Requirements for the Business Administrator:

- Be competent with documentation and supply chain management.
- Be flexible - site travel will be required.
- Experience within the construction industry would be an advantage.
- Have proven relationship building skills
- Have proven project management/documentation delivery skills
- Have the ability to manage multiple parallel projects
