Clinical Psychologist - New Elizabethan School
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Permanent: Full Time, 40 hours per week
Location: Worcester - This role will cover two School's located in Hartlebury & Tewkesbury)
Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role.
ASD / CAMHS experience preferred. Working within a full MDT.

Cambian New Elizabethan School is a day school for students aged 7 – 19 that offers outstanding opportunities for boys and girls with a diagnosis of communication difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, complex needs and challenging behaviour. Set in large, private grounds amid a campus of historic buildings in rural Hartlebury, Worcestershire, Cambian New Elizabethan School is a relaxing place of learning, where young people receive the specialist education and therapeutic approach they need.
Cambian Southwick Park School offers 52-week residential provision for 40 students of both sexes aged 7-19 with Autistic Spectrum Conditions, severe learning difficulties and associated behaviours, whose difficulties have prevented their needs, are not fully met in other schools and centres. All of the students benefit from a highly individualized programme to meet their needs and flexibility within structure is one of the strengths of the school. The role will involve the assessment, formulation and treatment of the young people’s psychological needs. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, nursing, psychiatry, care and education. As a senior member of the therapy team, the post-holder will be expected to contribute to service development and work closely with other psychologists within the region to continually improve service provision

Experience of supervising others and providing training to multi-disciplinary staff is desirable.
