HR Business Partner - Technology
We are currently working with a leading financial services company who are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team.This Business Partner will be responsible for their growing technology division, so ideally they are looking for someone who has an understanding within this space.This award winning, dynamic organisation are very open to looking at individuals who do not come for a financial services background. This person would be part of a collaborative team and also have the opportunity to get involved with a variety of exciting HR projects. Coventry based - flexible working available. Overall Purpose of role: Responsible for providing a strategic, business focused HR service to designated functional management teams. Identify, guide, support and advise on effective people practices to achieve strategic business focused solutions to enable relevant leadership teams to help drive the achievement of business goals. A key element of the role relates to developing and maintaining relationships at the senior management level and working with management teams, attending meetings as necessary, as the HR expert for the business area. Professional qualifications or essential experience required:Detailed understanding of employment law, HR policies and proceduresCIPD qualified with strong HR generalist experience.Excellent relationship management skillsExperience of managing peopleAbility to work with minimal supervision potentially across multiple sitesPractical knowledge of the business and understanding of CBS business strategyAbility to communicate with and explain HR concepts to non HR people and influence key decision makers is essential.Identify what is needed/link up different indicators to identify solutions.
