Our client, a top professional services firm based in Birmingham City Centre, is looking to recruit an organised, proactive individual to join their Business Development and Marketing team. You will be building and maintaining relationships with key clients in order to uphold the company's outstanding reputation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Updating relationship management tools.
  • Supporting the business development team with monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Ensure Account Plans and Quarterly Relationship Statements are up to date.
  • Produce first drafts of secondment guides where required working closely with RME's and Client Relationship Managers.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft software programmes.
  • Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of relationship management system.
