Kestrel Moto is a successful family run motorcycle business that has held the Honda franchise since 2005 and more recently was awarded the KTM franchise in autumn 2016. Over the last 12 years we have not only been successfully selling and servicing motorcycles but have also built an enviable reputation for the delivery of the very highest levels of customer service, delivered through every part of our business.
As part of the continued expansion and success of the Kestrel Moto business, we are now inviting applications for an Administrative Support role to assist the Directors in moving the business forward. So, what kind of candidate are we looking for?
You will live within the local area and be able to travel to Coventry daily. You will not need motorcycle experience but we do expect a passion and drive to do a job well as you will have challenging assignments on occasions.
We see this role as being involved in:
- Day to day operational efficiency making sure certain checks are being performed that effect the business such as the monitoring of training plans
- Occasionally liaising with suppliers
- Researching issues and writing briefing notes
This is a new role and one that we see the successful candidate helping to develop.
You will have a tenacious, positive "can do" attitude and will need to be able to communicate effectively with other staff to ensure your objective is achieved.
Also, it is important that you are able to write text ranging from letters to customers to marketing.
We see this as a part time role and expect the successful candidate to have some previous experience in some of the areas detailed above.

- Work with others as part of a team
- Communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Organise yourself to make sure important business checks are completed on time
We see this as a part time role completing approximately 18 - 20 hours per week and will be happy to work with applicants to discuss the final working schedule.
