We are looking to recruit Relief Support Workers to join our team in the Warwickshire area to work as and when required. Relief worker gives you the flexibility to work more or less hours depending on the hours being offered to you and your availability.

This is an interesting and varied role where you will be supporting adults with a learning disability in our domiciliary service in Warwick to live life as they choose. You will be actively involved in promoting and encouraging the people we support to make their own choices in everything they do. As a Relief Support Worker you will be providing support to the people we support with their daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, managing finances, attending health appointments and accessing the community.

We are looking for someone with a `can-do` attitude, who is enthusiastic, patient and has good transferable skills, and most importantly someone who has a positive attitude towards changing lives for people with a learning disability. The people we support require their Support Workers to have a genuine interest in assisting them to live as independently as possible. Due to the type of this role, you must be flexible to work weekdays; weekends and some bank holidays including days, evenings and sleep ins (payment for sleep in is competitive and compliant with National Living Wage requirements).
