Product Administrator/Receptionist for Lovely Business near Bromsgrove
Our client based near Bromsgrove are a delightful, warm and growing business with beautiful open plan offices.
An opportunity has arisen for a Product Administrator/Receptionist to join their busy team. Your role will entail being the first point of contact for client and other customers and directing their calls and taking detailed messages accordingly. You will provide an ambassadorial service to the business as well as providing strong Sales Administrative support to the office. This will entail taking emailing orders, updating the database, progressing the orders to dispatch team and undertaking any general administration such as investigating and product queries. You will be using the SAGE system to prepare orders and track and deliveries.
Applicant will have a good level of education and previous administrative experience. You will be happy to undertake a varied front of house and administrative role.
