Salesforce Analyst / Administrator
Salesforce Analyst required to be responsible for the ongoing development of my clients CRM Strategy.
Your new role
Salesforce Analyst required to be involved in driving CRM development and strategies. You will also be responsible for taking full ownership for developing customer data within CRM and developing effective customer segmentation and contract strategies to enhance customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving engagement within my clients 3rd party wholesaler customers and use the customer experience programme to review and enhance contact and communication strategies. Key to the role will be working with a number of other functions (insight, supply chain etc) to manage communications and interactions with customers; developing and implementing strategies to ensure that customer engagement is best in class
What you'll need to succeed
To develop the CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organisation and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
To plan and deliver CRM strategies across the company optimising the customer experience, encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty
Mapping the customer Journey and analysing touch points with the organisation that maximise commercial opportunities
Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted proposition and marketing activities
To ensure that the Voice of the Customer is shared with all key stakeholders and act as the champion of the Customer Experience programme within Wholesale
