Temporary Accounts Role role based near Birmingham International Train station. This role will report directly into the Finance Manager where you will also be apart of a large Finance team.
As the Accounts Payable Clerkyou will be expected to ensure the timely and dealing with Invoice processing, bank reconciliations, handling and resolving PO queries and monthly supplier statements.
I am currently recruiting a Accounts Payable role on a temporary basis for a large company based by Birmingham International. This is an exciting fast paced company looking for someone interested in Finance to join there team! You will be working closely with the Finance Manager and would suit a candidate who has previous experience in Purchase Ledger.
Purchase Ledger responsibilities include:
- PO queries across multi site
- Statement reconciliations
- Checking and challenging invoices and payments
- Liaising with multiple suppliers and internal staff
- Various adhoc purchase ledger tasks
This role will best suit someone who has previous Accounts Administration/Accounts Payable experience and is looking to work in a fast paced environment. You must also be available on short notice to start this position on a temporary ongoing basis.
