Job Details / Responsibilities -
Telephone Interviewing and screening at graduate and intern levels.
Setting up and conducting 5 interviews per day.
Managing a high level of applicants.

Skills you should have to succeed -
A high level of attention to detail, you must be able to speak fluent French and English.
Competency telephone interviewing skills, high level of organisation skills.
Excellent customer service.
Previous exposure to high volume recruitment position.
Good Excel skills.
