A fantastic opportunity is available for a Secretary to join a well established Investments business in South East Birmingham.

The role and responsibilities will be to provide a Secretary service to the Director of an Investments business, you will be providing the following
-Diary Management
-Assisting and the organising of events
-Proof reading property leases
-Taking Dictation
-General Secretarial duties

To be considered for this role you must have experience within a PA or Secretary role and have an understanding of Property leases or have worked as a legal secretary within property
-Have an understanding of property leases
-Secretarial experience to Director level
-Experienced in taking dictation
-Short hand experience
-Supported with events
-Excellent attention to detail

The company are offering a salary of up to £25,000 with hours of Monday to Friday 9am till 17.30pm with an excellent benefits package, IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW slots available.
