A Sous Chef is required for a role in a multi-award winning gastro pub. The successful Sous Chef will enjoy working with fresh, local produce and will be able to consistently create high quality dishes from a seasonal menu. The Sous Chef I am looking for will be experienced, technically gifted and able to work under pressure as they serve high volumes of customers. This gastro pub is very popular, so expect to be kept busy! I am looking for a confident Sous Chef that can assist the Head Chef, run the kitchen independently in the Head Chef’s absence and that can contribute positively to the overall operation of the kitchen. The most important quality that the successful Sous Chef will have is a real passion for the industry!
