We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor on a temporary - permanent basis working Monday - Friday between the hours of 7am - 7pm, 37.5 hours working 1 in 5 Saturdays.

As Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for,

Dealing with all telephone calls in a courteous and friendly manner.
Complete calls logs and record all details.
Dealing with and resolving any complaints.
Communicate and escalate all information to relevant managers.
Working to SLAs.
Data Entry.
Completing reports.
Administration duties.
Working to KPIs.

Skills and experience required,

At least 2 year customer service experience.
A strong communicator at all levels.
IT Literate in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Customer focused.
Team player

This position could be an immediate start for the right candidate however they would wait for someone on a notice period.
