HR Manager £30,000 - £35,000 Birmingham City Centre
We are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join our leading property client based in Birmingham City Centre. This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in an HR manager setting who has a bubbly and engaging personality. This is an immensely challenging and rewarding role where attention to detail and credibility are key within an organisation where HR is respected.
Main Duties of the HR Manager include:
- Full accountability of the HR function. The willingness to roll sleeves up and input data into payroll as well as to sit on the Senior Ops board.
- Working very closely with all departments, assisting the managers to implement policies and procedures as well as to understand them.
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, from initial job descriptions to selection and onboarding. Working with line managers to plan for immediate and long-term staff requirements
- Full responsibility for the D&G process, advising on reward and benefits and undertaking salary reviews.
To be considered for the role of HR Manager, you will have:
Ideally CIPD 7 Qualified
Solid previous HR experience in a manager capacity.
Software packages – Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work with limited supervision
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a multitude of different personalities.
