Currently we are looking to fill the position of:

Service Plan Project Administrator (12 Months Maternity Cover)

Based in Midlands: Coventry, CV3 4LF

Main purpose of the role:

The main purpose of the Project Administrator role is to support the introduction and on going maintenance of JLR Service Maintenance Plans (SMP) Globally. The main activities include working with vehicle and programme specific information in a number of systems, handling systems enquiries whilst monitoring key performance indicators of involved parties.

Candidate Responsibilities

Maintenance of various systems by:

- Processing SMP information in several systems
- Setting up programme codes Updating SMP data in GCAMP and SAP database
- Handling programme specific vehicle information in DDW and SAP
- Monitoring internal and third party administered service plan performance
- Compiling, analysing and presenting Service Plan KPI information
- Investigating user issues on systems
- Taking ownership for liaising with IT for system issue resolution
- Data cleansing if required
- Making sure the information is valid and accurate
- Interacting with JLR personnel across departments and Markets to provide and obtain information and data
- Assisting with legacy to SAP system migration

Candidate Specification

- Due to the nature of the role, the ideal candidate will have experience in working with systems (both legacy and Windows O/S based) and data handling
- The ideal candidate will have clear and concise communication skills as this role will require the individual to liaise with stakeholders across all levels
- Good understanding of systems and ability to learn new systems is essential
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to follow through open issues to a satisfactory conclusion
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- A high level of accuracy and numeracy is essential
- A professional and proactive approach to work in a global environment
- Highly competent user of MS Access, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Well organised and motivated
- Strong self-starter, pro-active with good problem solving abilities
- Willingness to adapt with change and be flexible is essential
- Education to degree level is an advantage

- Project Leader

Working hours

- Full time (40 hours per week)
