You will be joining a team that delivers high quality person-centred care to
people living with dementia. An integral part of this, and central to your role,
is ensuring that residents are able to access the local community at all times.
To achieve this, you will transport residents and staff on trips to places of
interest, accompanying and assisting them for the duration of the trip. You
will also transport residents who visit the home for day care, helping them in
and out of the car and to and from their destination. Another part of your
role will involve taking staff to work from a central location and back again,
and occasionally between residential homes.

In addition to these tasks you may also undertake trips for hospital
appointments, to collect food shopping orders and other goods, to dispose of
household waste and recycling, and to post letters and parcels. As such you
will be expected to maintain accurate records, adhere to company policy on
vehicle use, and perform basic safety checks and cleaning of vehicles you
use.

We require dedicated applicants with a professional attitude, and that special
caring quality that sets them apart from the rest.

We strongly believe in developing the skills of our staff and offer an
extensive range of training courses.

Essential requirements:
Full, clean, UK licence - held for three years

Pinnacle Care Ltd:

We operate six residential homes in and around Rugby, Warwickshire.
Offering high quality person-centred care for people living with dementia and
related mental health needs. Through home care, day care, and residential
care - on both a respite and long-term basis.

We believe that each of our homes should provide residents with a friendly
and comfortable environment. This allows residents to have as much
flexibility as possible, provides a level of familiarity, and encourages activity.

We achieve this by working as far as possible to a number of person-centred
care principles and training our staff to a high level, to really understand
dementia.
